Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. This policy applies to our premium golf apparel including:

  • Adidas Golf shirts, shorts, and sweaters
  • Callaway Golf shirts and waterproofs
  • FootJoy Golf trousers and windproof tops
  • Galvin Green Golf headwear and sweaters

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf headwear (all brands) that shows signs of wear
  • Any item without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our golf-savvy customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return including:

  • Original packaging if possible
  • All original tags and labels
  • The completed return form (will be emailed to you)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Golf Apparel Store is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on our performance golfwear:

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our premium golf collections (Adidas, Callaway, FootJoy, or Galvin Green):

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately
